So it was Maya's birthday about.. let's say.. 4 days ago-ish? Haha, it was on July 30th I believe !
So I started on a digital portrait of him, and I suddenly decided to take a break from it... Anyway, I tried to recreate the room from the PV 88, and at first I didn't know how to feel about Maya's hair, and after a while it grew on me, and it inspired me to draw this ! I know the room is missing a bed, stars, and various objects on the table, but I got lazy because I wanted to finish one art piece before the weekend ended. Well, he's sad because he dropped his lemon lollipop XD(If you were at their Q&A session at AX then you'd probably know what I was talking about). I can still taste and feel the spit on my face as if it were yesterday. There was a whole glob of Maya spit on me ! There was so much I had to wipe it off before I could see again. ;A; !! (I wonder if that's why he kept grinning uncontrollably when he shook my hand.. =.= ) Aha, good times !  I hope they come back to the US soon ! I wonder if he sleeps in a colorful room that looks like candy. *o*~ |
